The Preserve at Lake Arenal |
| This new gated community offers 40 lots on 85 acres just east of the village of Aguacate above the lake highway. The lots range from 1/2 to over 3 acres at prics from $39,000 to $250,000 with, the developer says, low down payments and easy terms. There are lake views and volcano views, though we don't know if all lots have volcano views since we have not yet seen the development. There are to be a pool, clubhouse, tennis court, and gated entry with security office. |
